Smash in CHL

CSKA from Moscow set a record blowing out HC Slovan from Bratislava 12-0.

CSKA, the future Russian champion, defeated the club that probably won’t play next season in the continental hockey league due to some financial problems. That victory was not a surprise but the score is really impressive, it’s a new league record.

At the end of the first period the Russian team led 6:0, and the goaltender’s change didn’t help to the Slovaks to avoid a smash.

Two Russian hockey players scored hat tricks, Alexander Radulov had also 2 feeds and he’s still the leader in the strikers’ race. Igor Grigorenko scored his 200th point in the Russian Championship.

CSKA goaltenders (Stanislav Galimov and Ilya Sorokin) didn’t allow any goals. Maxim Mamin made a double and each of four other hockey players scored one point.

After this victory CSKA continues to be a leader in the CHL ranking.
