“Network video is a very promising and technically available tool used by non-profit organizations to tell about themselves and those whom they help,” said festival’s president and portal “Miloserdie.ru” chief editor Yuliya Danilova.

Applications for the festival will be accepted until May 25. The works will be evaluated by President of the guild of “Non-fiction cinema and television of Russia” Evgeny Grigoryev, Director of the First Channel Directorate for documentary films Svetlana Kolosova, documentary filmmaker Lyubov Arkus and other experts.
